Waiver and Release: You waive, release, and discharge the Event Holders (Seek Life Creative, LLC, Erica Mason Music, LLC, and Healing Experience, LLC) from any and all liability, including but not limited to liability arising from negligence or fault, for any death, disability, personal injury, property damage, or property theft that may occur.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and promise not to sue the Event Holders for any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of your participation in any activity.

This waiver and release shall be construed broadly to provide a release to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

7. Refund and Payment Policies

1. Deposits, Full Payments, and Installments

At Seek Life Creative, LLC, Erica Mason Music, LLC, and Healing Experience, LLC, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience during our healing retreats. To ensure the success and planning of our retreats, we have a strict no-refund policy for deposits, full payments, and installments. Please read and understand the following terms and conditions:

Once you have made a deposit, full payment, or installment for your reservation, it is non-refundable. We allocate resources, accommodations, and services based on your commitment, and therefore we are unable to issue refunds in any circumstances.

3. Transfer Policy

While we understand that unexpected events can occur, we do offer the option to transfer your reservation to another participant if you are unable to attend the retreat. The transfer must be requested in writing and approved by Seek Life Creative, LLC, Erica Mason Music, LLC, or Healing Experience, LLC at least 30 days before the scheduled retreat start date. A transfer fee may apply. Please contact our customer support team for transfer requests.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, such as cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or any other situations that might disrupt your travel plans. It is the responsibility of each participant to secure suitable insurance coverage.

5. Retreat Cancellation by Seek Life Creative, LLC, Erica Mason Music, LLC, or Healing Experience, LLC

In the unlikely event that Seek Life Creative, LLC, Erica Mason Music, LLC, or Healing Experience, LLC must cancel the retreat for reasons beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide participants with the option to transfer their reservation to another retreat date or receive a credit for future travel with us.

6. Changes to Itinerary

Seek Life Creative, LLC, Erica Mason Music, LLC, and Healing Experience, LLC reserve the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, including accommodations, activities, and schedules, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide comparable or upgraded alternatives.

By making a payment for the retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our refund policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Seek Life Creative, LLC, Erica Mason Music, LLC, and Healing Experience, LLC, or their licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from our Services without our prior written consent.

9. User-Generated Content

Our Services may allow you to post, upload, or otherwise submit content, such as comments, photos, and messages (collectively, “User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the Services.
