Step 1: Log into Your Account
- Visit our website or open the Healing Experience app.
- Log in using your account credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Membership Settings
- Once logged in, click on your profile icon in the top right corner (or navigate to the settings menu in the app).
- Select “Membership” or “Subscription Settings” from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Cancel Your Subscription
- In the membership section, you’ll see your current subscription details.
- Click the “Subscription“ button.
- Select the. three dots to the right
- Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
