This is amazing…most people “including me” talk about it…change, growth, acceptance, fears, etc. But I’ve discovered that when I talk about it I don’t be about it…when I write these things I tend to hold myself more accountable to addressing the issues and making things happen. Taking moments for myself was not a normal thing for me before. As I seek a deeper understanding of myself I pause at least 2 times a day to check in with myself. My favorite time to show gratitude are my mornings: when hubby is knocked out cold and the dogs are not outside. I cherish these moments with the sun x my thoughts. I take a moment…
