🎇Visionary leaders come forward to empower the next generation. They are charged with the task of guiding and positioning mentees to make a lasting impact on future generations. In my view, the key issue is not who is leading, but rather the leader’s heart posture, temperament, emotional intelligence, class🎇 and most of all presence of mind.

I agree I as well have let ppl go simply because they were only meant to be in out lives for that period..some will stay and some will go..as someone said I won’t mention thier name (not all bridges are meant for you sometimes you gotta burn some) it’s not the exact words but something like that..lol
