      Rise and shine, H E A L E R S 🤲🏾❤️‍🔥

      Let’s get into a piece of my daily, morning routine. I drink this every morning, FIRST thing in the am to help my body get moving! What’s in it you ask? Let’s go over it 🧐:

      1. Warm water: gets your body (bowels especially) moving and flowing in the am.
      2. Lime: detoxifies digestive tract, vitamin c, antioxidants and blood sugar regulation.
      3. fulvic acid + colloidal silver: immune system builder, and toxin/heavy metal removal.

      What is your morning routine like? And how does it help your body come into balance? 🧐🧐

      • Good morning!! I do not have a morning routine to wake up my system other than drinking water before eating my first meal. What brand do you trust for the fulvic acid x colloidal solver?

      • Good morning 😃 I drink water and take vitamin D3 daily. On days I workout I have a protein drink: protein powder, water and flavored water enhancer. Eat a strawberry cheesecake protein bar. Then I nap for 2 hours. I eat egg whites just about everyday.

      • I need to get a more balanced routine going. Up to drive and get coffee ☕️ to boost energy is not cutting it. Thanks for the reminder and booster, will work on changing up the routine
