      😴 What is the QUALITY of sleep you’re getting? Do you wake up RESTED? Are you getting ENOUGH sleep? Do you you have a WIND DOWN routine? Or is your sleep ALL OVER THE PLACE? 😭

      I use an app to track my sleep, and here is my reading from last night:

      • I don’t really track my sleep. But I do have set up. My phone reminds me to go to sleep, when to wake me up and how long I’ll be asleep. It’s in the system

      • I have trouble sleeping. I have been up since 2:45am and I was in bed @ 10 and the last time I seen the time was 11:32 and I woke again around 1:30 and woke again @2:45..that is how my night went it is not always like this but I would like to learn how to unwind before bed because my mind wis restless..

          • @Kenni I fall asleep to background noise of the tv. Can’t have it silent. I sometimes fall asleep with the phone in my hand while looking things up. Sometimes music
