I don’t really track my sleep. But I do have set up. My phone reminds me to go to sleep, when to wake me up and how long I’ll be asleep. It’s in the system

All I gotta say is “Hello and welcome into Ease” 🔥 🙌🏾😌. It’s catchy, timing is great and helps puts reset my headspace when I can’t find ways to do it myself.
