Yesssss!!! The retreat dates have released!!! Something to look forward to for the year, anyone looking forward to going to any of the retreat seasons this year?? I definitely hope that I can join one of the retreats this year! I’m trying to figure out how I can finagle my budget as I’ve already got a few trips planned this year…..but healing is definitely essential!!!

As I reflect on 2024 I feel how I feel now about 2025: unsure. That is neither good or bad just a mystery, and honestly I do not mind it being that way.
