Happy Happy New Year Everyone!! I hope that your year has gotten off to a great start!! I’ve been a little silent the past few months. I’ve been reflecting, processing, and going through in regard to my health. Now that the app is live for us Drodians (lol), it will be easier for me to access and check in. I have to prioritize daily check ins and make the interactions in this platform intentional. I want to use this platform as one of my healing catalysts, alongside therapy, and self-work.
