      • This post came right on time! Today I decided to take a mental health break and focus on self care. What it looks like for me is no pushing myself into spaces that I can’t handle being in like class and study group and teaching. My mental capacity is at its fullest and I am taking the rest that I need.

        • @E_Ink I so relate to this as well!! Right now it’s like so much going on and being intentional about self care is KEY. I’m slowing down. Taking more walks. Reading more books. Just allowing space for my brain and heart to process
