😴 What is the QUALITY of sleep you’re getting? Do you wake up RESTED? Are you getting ENOUGH sleep? Do you you have a WIND DOWN routine? Or is your sleep ALL OVER THE PLACE? 😭
I use an app to track my sleep, and here is my reading from last night:

I don’t really track my sleep. But I do have set up. My phone reminds me to go to sleep, when to wake me up and how long I’ll be asleep. It’s in the system

@Kenya well it depends. Really it’s 10pm. Plus it’s a household bedtime. I’m a night owl and a morning person.

I have trouble sleeping. I have been up since 2:45am and I was in bed @ 10 and the last time I seen the time was 11:32 and I woke again around 1:30 and woke again @2:45..that is how my night went it is not always like this but I would like to learn how to unwind before bed because my mind wis restless..
