Just trying to make it through the work day in the midst of people who don’t care for me. Trying to keep my head up and keep it moving but I’m truly in my feelings because I’m always overlooking and I feel as though I don’t matter.

Always remember, no one can determine your worth but you. You don’t need external things to validate your experience or your value. YOU ARE VALUEABLE YOU ARE SEEN YOU ARE LOVED. Release the positive energy to believe that yourself and surround yourself with people who can truly value you, the way you do.
